Most of the products you see in our shop are decorated with our logos just for you when you order—that’s how we’re able to offer such a wide selection. If you’re unsure about sizing or have any product-related questions, feel free to reach out to our team before placing your order. We’re happy to help!

And if for any reason you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered. We offer prepaid returns for shop credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are in new and unused condition.

Process for orders shipping within the US:

  • To initiate a return, please email customer service with your order number, and the items you would like to return. 
  • Once we have processed your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use to return the item(s) to us.
  • Once we have received your return, you will receive an email with a discount code for the full value of the returned item(s) to use in our shop again.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
